Jaelyn Floyd

Operations Coordinator
(She/Her)

Jaelyn Floyd is an experienced musician and recent graduate of the Frost School of Music’s Master of Arts program in Live Entertainment Management. She earned her undergraduate degree in Music Performance, while taking extra courses focused in Music Education, from the University of North Florida, where she studied violin.

Jaelyn's passion for music began when she was seven years old, taking violin and clogging lessons in Nashville. She later performed with local youth orchestras and began teaching private lessons before graduating from high school. Her dedication to both music and the local music community helped shape her educational and professional journey.

During her time at the University of North Florida, Jaelyn's commitment to music and to helping young musicians reach their full potential continued to grow. Through her studies, classroom experiences, and work with students, she developed a deeper interest in the business side of the industry. This curiosity ultimately led her to pursue graduate studies focused on the management and complexities of being behind the stage.
