FSYO's Alphonse Carlo Jazz Band (Carlo Band) is excited to be returning to participate in the Essentially Ellington Regional High School Jazz Band Festival hosted by Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts in partnership with Jazz at Lincoln Center! This year is the 30th Anniversary of Essentially Ellington too!
Our members will perform for and work with well-known jazz clinicians while receiving professional feedback. The entire festival features works from the Essentially Ellington Library. The Carlo Band looks forward to meeting other musicians from the state.
Date: Monday, February 17, 2025
Time: 3:35 PM (FSYO performs at 3:35 PM, but the festival begins at 8 AM. The Awards and Final Concert will take place at 7:30 PM.)
