FSYO is returning to New York City in Summer 2026!
To kick off 70 years of quality music education, our Tour Orchestra and Tour Jazz Band will be taking a five day, four night tour to the Big Apple, and this tour will also feature the Tour Jazz Band’s debut in the city that is referred to as one of the cornerstones of jazz.
For the Tour Jazz Band’s inaugural NYC appearance, these young musicians will learn from Jazz at Lincoln Center (JALC) seasoned clinicians, participate in an evening jam session, and perform in a JALC venue such as the Appel Room, Rose Hall, or Dizzy’s Club. Meanwhile, the Tour Orchestra will perform in the renowned Isaac Stern Auditorium of Carnegie Hall for the third time!
